Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping — United States
We offer the following shipping options for orders delivered within the United States:
Economy Shipping
- Orders up to 5 lb: $4.90
- Orders 5 lb to 70 lb: $19.90
- Free Economy Shipping on orders $75.00 and over
Standard Shipping
- Orders up to 1 lb: $6.90
- Orders 1 lb to 5 lb: $9.90
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates.
International Shipping
We ship to the following countries:

International shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. The following carrier services are available:

Delivery timeframes vary by destination and carrier service. Estimated transit times are shown at checkout and are provided by the carrier — they are not guaranteed by Eye Journal.
Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected or controlled by Eye Journal. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We begin processing orders quickly and may not be able to accommodate address changes after an order is placed. If you need to update your address, please contact usas soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you before the order ships. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been handed off to the carrier.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Eye Journal is not responsible for packages delayed or lost by the carrier. If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and around your property
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Reach out to us and we will help investigate
